Intro
There was a couple named John Patrick and Mary (nee Downey) Boyce, who were both born in Ireland, in the early to mid 19th century. John Patrick Boyce was a child of a couple named Patrick and Margaret (nee xxx) Boyce. Mary (nee Downey) Boyce was a child of John and Mary (nee O'Reilly) Downey. At some point, both John Patrick and Mary (nee Downey) Boyce made their way to the U.S. I don't know if they were married before arriving in the U.S. John Patrick and Mary (nee Downey) Boyce settled in the town of Lincoln, in the state of Massachusetts. John Patrick and Mary (nee Downey) Boyce are relevant to my McCabe family research as they have descendants that have a DNA match to my McCabe family.
