Intro
There was a couple named James and Margaret (nee Coyle) Larkin that were living in the townland of Shankill, in Co. Monaghan, Ireland, mostly in the early to latter half of the 1800s. James and Margaret (nee Coyle) Larkin are relevant to my family research effort as their grandson Patrick Larkin married a woman named Anne McCabe. Patrick and Anne were the maternal grandparents of the Margaret Larkin that married John Burns, with John and Margaret being the maternal grandparents of my DNA match, Threse Keenan.
