Intro
There was a man named Michael McNally, and a woman whose maiden name was Matilda Dumas, who were a married couple, living in Burgess, Perth, Ontario, Canada, in the early to late 19th century, and into the early 20th century. Michael and Matilda are relevant to my family research effort as their great-grandson, Robert McNally, has, according to Ancestry.com, an autosomal DNA match to my neice, Megan McCabe. Megan and Robert's DNA match is shown on Ancestry to be through Megan's mother, my sister-in-law, Jan Marie (nee Breault) McCabe.
