There was a couple named Peter and Mary (nee Byrne) McQuillan that were living in the townland of Whiteriver, in Co. Louth, Ireland, in the latter half of the 1800s and the early 1900s. Peter and Mary (nee Byrne) McQuillan are relevant to my family research effort as their daughter, Bridget McQuillan, married a man named William Campbell, a descendant of my relatives, Pat McCabe and Betty Flinn.
