Intro
James Walsh and Bridget Donelon, were living as a married couple in Ireland, in the latter half of the 1800s. James and Bridget are relevant to my family research effort as their son, Patrick J. Walsh, married a woman named Bridget Goodman. Bridget Goodman was a sister-in-law to my great-aunt and great-uncle, Margaret (nee Finnegan) and Owen Kernan, through Margaret (nee Finnegan) Kernan's brother, Peter Finnegan, who married a woman whose maiden name was Margaret Goodman. Margaret (nee Goodman) Finnegan and Bridget (nee Goodman) Walsh were sisters.
