Robert, of New Berlin, found peace on Saturday, January 26, 2013, at the age of 81 years.

Beloved husband and best friend of Patricia (nee Downie) Denz for 51 years. Bob is further survived by 2 sisters, Carol (Richard) Bachmann, and Mary (the late Jerry) Maule, brother, Jack (Mary) Denz, brother-in-law, George (Helen) Downie, uncle, Ed (June) Denz, 7 nephews, 4 nieces, 2 close nieces, Colleen and Megan Downie, and many great-nieces and nephews, other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his brother Donald Denz.

Robert was a proud US Army veteran and served in the Korean war. A kind, gentle man and gifted carpenter. A special friend to any and all he knew. Never bragged, even tho regularly was a better golfer/bowler than his brother-in-law George. He will be greatly missed.
