Ellen Duffy, daughter of Patrick and Catherine "Kate" (nee Ward) Duffy, has been reported born December 15, 1905, in Co. Monaghan, Ireland. I have Not been able to find a copy of a birth record for Ellen Duffy. Her birth date comes from her Declaration Of Intention citizenship document.

Monaghan, listed in her grandmother's household, along with her grandmother, her father, her aunt Kate and her siblings. Ellen Duffy, daughter of Patrick and Catherine "Kate" (nee Ward) Duffy, left her homeland in Ireland and immigrated to the United States. Ellen traveled to the U.S. on the ship S. S. Cameronia, in May - June of 1927. The particular voyage of the S. S. Cameronia Ellen traveled on set sail from Londonderry, Ireland, May 28, 1927, arriving at the port of New York, June 6, 1927. US Citizenship
Ellen Duffy, daughter of Patrick and Catherine "Kate" (nee Ward) Duffy, took her first step towards American citizenship on January 25, 1929 when she filed her Declaration Of Intention with the U.S. District Court of the Southern District of New York, New York. I have NOT found a copy of Ellen's Petition For Naturalization. I assume Ellen was granted her U.S. citizenship though I have NOT been able to find her actual Oath Of Allegiance and Court Order.

Marriage
Ellen Duffy, daughter of Patrick and Catherine "Kate" (nee Ward) Duffy, married a man named Joseph Cunningham.
