Intro
There was a woman whose maiden name was Mary Hand. Mary was born in Ireland most likely in Co. Monaghan. Mary is reported to have been born about 1840. Mary's father is reported to have been a man named Owen Hand. Mary is relavent to my family research effort as she married a man named John McCabe.
