Marriage
Daniel "Danny" O'Kane, son of Patrick and Rose Winifred (nee Clancy) O'Kane, and Mary Kate Byrne, daughter of Patrick and Mary (nee Connor/O'Connor) Byrne, were a couple living in Coleraine, Co. Atrim, Northern Ireland. Daniel is believed to have lived there most, if not all of his life. Mary Kate (nee Byrne) O'Kane lived there from about 1930, or so, through the rest of her life. Daniel "Danny" and Mary Kate (nee Byrne) O'Kane are relevant to my family research effort as Mary Kate (nee Byrne) O'Kane was a granddaughter of my great aunt Catherine (nee Kernan) Connor/O'Connor. Plus, Daniel "Danny" and Mary Kate (nee Byrne) O'Kane have a daughter and a granddaughter who both have a DNA match to me.
