Patrick Keefe/O'Keefe, son of old David and old Margaret Keefe/O'Keefe, married a woman named Anna Morrissey, on October 4, 1857, in Saint Augustine's Catholic church, in Philadelphia, PA. Patrick and Anna (nee Morrissey) Keefe/O'Keefe's child Patrick, was born, and died, in early 1874. Patrick was buried in New Cathedral Cemetery, in a lot owned by Matthew and Mary (nee Keefe/O'Keefe) Sullivan. Mary (nee Keefe/O'Keefe) Sullivan was a daughter of the couple I refer to as old David and old Margaret Keefe/O'Keefe. I believe Matthew and Mary Sullivan, allowing Patrick and Ann Keefe/O'Keefe to bury their son Patrick in the Sullivan cemetery lot, certainly establishes a close relationship between Matthew and Mary Sullivan, and Patrick and Ann Keefe/O'Keefe. It is easy for me to assume that Patrick Keefe/O'Keefe and Mary (nee Keefe/O'Keefe) Sullivan were brother and sister. If so, that would certainly make Patrick Keefe/O'Keefe a son of old David and old Margaret Keefe/O'Keefe.

One of Patrick and Anna (nee Morrissey) Keefe/O'Keefe's children was James Keefe/O'Keefe. My aunt Gertrude has told me stories of cousin Jimmy Keefe visiting the home of my great grandfather David, when David and his wife Margaret lived in Atlantic City. James Keefe/O'Keefe, son of Patrick and Anna (nee Morrissey) Keefe/O'Keefe, is the only James Keefe/O'Keefe that I have found that lived in the same area of Philadelphia as my other Keefe/O'Keefes. If Patrick and Ann Keefe/O'Keefe's son Jimmy, was a first cousin of my great grandfather David, son of my great, great grandparents, John and Margaret (nee O'Brien) Keefe/O'Keefe, that would, of course, make Patrick and John Keefe/O'Keefe brothers. That would also make John a brother of Mary (nee Keefe/O'Keefe) Sullivan, daughter of old David and old Margaret Keefe/O'Keefe, which would make my great, great grandfather a son of old David and old Margaret Keefe/O'Keefe.
