Alice Finnegan, daughter of Peter and Margaret (nee Goodman) Finnegan, was born July 11, 1895, in Philadelphia, PA. I have obtained, through my sister-in-law, Jan McCabe, a copy of Alice Finnegan's baptism record. Alice's birth date is included on her baptism record. I am not sure of why Alice's baptism record has her first name as Agnes. Maybe there was a simple clerical error with the baptism register. The bottom line, the 1895 daughter of Peter and Margaret (nee Goodman) Finnegan went by the name of Alice, not Agnes.
