Intro
Philip Trainor, the son of John and Mary (nee McEneany) Trainor, is a part of one of the other Trainor families that was from the same small Co. Monaghan, Ireland townland as my my great, great, great grandparents, John Trainor and his wife Mary (nee Campbell) Trainor. I currently do NOT have any documentation showing a direct connection between Philip Trainor's family and "my" Trainor family, however, the search goes on.
Note, I try to consistently use the spelling T-r-a-i-n-o-r. I have seen various records using other spellings including Treanor, Traynor and others.
Marriage
Philip Trainor, son of John and Mary (nee McEneany) Trainor, and Anne McKittrick, daughter of James and Sarah (nee Callaghan) McKittrick, were married February 16, 1858, in St. Joseph's Catholic Church, in Carrickmacross, Co.
