The woman to Mary's right is Mary's daughter, my grandmother, Agnes (nee Jecker) Kernan. The woman to Mary's left is Mary's granddaughter, my mother, Teresa (nee Kernan) McCabe. The baby is Teresa's first son, James P. McCabe, Jr., who was born April 16, 1948.
