The SSDI record says the account holder was born in 1925, the year Nicole was born. The SSDI record also says the Social Security number was issued in the District of Columbia. Well, Clarence and Andre lived in the District of Columbia for several years. It could very well be that their daughter Nicole obtained her Social Security card during that time period. But, there is a death record for a Nicole Jeanne McCabe. The Nicole death record says she died in Augusta, Va. I believe that may be a reference to Augusta County, the county that surrounds Waynesboro.
